We manufacture 10 different Front & Rear Projection Screens for the Entertainment, Presentation and Audio Visual Industries. Projection Screens are Inherently Flameresistant. Available as finished screens with high frequency weld seams. Finished sizes available up to 100' (30.5 m) high by any width. For special orders we can perforate any of our projection screens. Please inquire. Given the many variables in deciding which projection screen to use, we are happy to send samples. All of our projection screens have been tested in accordance to ASTM E84 and have a Class A Rating as defined by NFPA 101 (Life Safety Code).

Flexible Front Projection Screens
MATTE WHITE - 1.0 GAIN Smooth reflectance pattern both vertically and horizontally. Matte, non-reflective surface. Crisp uniform images and excellent color reproduction in all parts of the spectrum. Raw material width is 55" or 78". Also available with sound perforations for behind screen speakers. Raw material width of perforated screen is 55".
Flexible Rear Projection Screens
REVIEW - 7.5 GAIN A very high gain projection screen especially for use in high ambient light conditions. Avoid placing projector in viewer line of sight. Hot spotting will occur due to translucency. Excellent Bounce Drop. Soft, diffused, shadowless light for application in TV Studios and photo shoots. Raw material width is 55" or 78".
ARIA - 2.5 GAIN A high transmission, neutral gray, translucent rear projection screen. Excellent color contrast and color rendition with no hot-spotting for wide angle viewing. Ideal for LCD, DLP, video, slide or motion picture projection. Raw material width is 114".
OPTITRANS - 1.20 GAIN A unity gain, neutral gray, translucent rear projection screen. Excellent color contrast and color rendition with no hot-spotting for wide angle viewing. Ideal for LCD, DLP, video, slide or motion picture projection. Raw material width is 84".
STUDIO - 0.3 GAIN Good color fidelity, slide to screen. Good for use when an unobtrusive projection screen is needed. Standard A/V gray color. Raw material width is 55" or 78".
SHOW - 0.2 GAIN Brilliant color contrast and remarkable sensation of image depth. Essentially invisible until image is projected onto rear surface. Color and special texturing eliminate spill on bright stages. Requires use with higher wattage projectors. Raw material width is 55" or 78".
Flexible Front and Rear Projection Screens
OPERA - 0.5 GAIN Does not lose image clarity or brightness within 180 degree viewing angle. Excellent when both front and rear projection is required. Designed to be both light reactive and reflective. Can be used to create shadowless washes of light. Excellent for TV. No annoying drop-off when changing TV camera angles. Most often used as a PROCYC. Raw material width is 55" or 78".
OPERA NEUTRAL BLUE - 0.5 GAIN Similar to OPERA except when back lighted with unfiltered light, an illusion of an overcast sky is created. Because of the hint of blue in the screen material, the image color temperature shifts slightly toward daylight values. Raw material width is 55" or 78".
Special Purpose Projection Screens
PROJECTION SCRIM - PERFORATED MATTE WHITE - 0.9 GAIN Shares similar screen characteristics with our Matte White with the exception that the surface has been perforated to allow for the passage of sound through the screen. As a front projection surface, Projection Scrim is much superior to ordinary white sharkstooth scrim. It offers a sharp clear image with a wide viewing angle (100 degrees). When the the front surface is darkened and the upstage area is illuminated the screen becomes transparent to reveal the new setting. It also works suprisingly well as a rear projection screen. The projected light passes through and bends around the holes in the surface. However, the source should be placed off center to minimize hot spotting. Raw material width is 55". ARENA, OUTDOOR PROJECTION SCREEN Arena is an inherently flameretardant, high tensile strength, non-degradable front projection screen. Under normal circumstances Arena will not tear or lose shape. It will not rot and is mildew resistant. This immensely strong and durable textile, a PVC coated Trevira CS fiber, is the answer to wind effect. If neccessary, it can have additional flaps cut into it on site with no finishing required. Besides white, Arena is also offered in black and works very well as acoustically transparent, "weatherproof" masking. Raw material width is 69" or 196" wide. Click to View an Image of ARENA
Our projection screens are guaranteed for a period of one calendar year from date of delivery for the following items: TRANSMISSION- Uniform transmission of light and uniformity of screen color. WORKMANSHIP- Integrity of high frequency weld seams, webbing, grommets and pipe pocket. SEAM CONSTRUCTION- Smoothness of screen surface; no wrinkles.
SPANNFIX, 11 inch Shockcord Fastner Spannfix was designed to tension projection screens within a rigid frame. Made of shockcord securely crimped into an almost indestructible plastic hook, these fasteners are being used throughout the entertainment industry. Wherever two or more things need to be kept temporarily together, a Spannfix fastener can be employed. They are fantastic as cable ties replacing the traditional tie line or copper wire twists. Available in stock in white or black.

GLASSCLEAR PVC FILM Glassclear PVC Film is a flexible, nonflammable heavy-duty vinyl film, 51" (130 cm) wide, .011" (.30 mm) thick, that can be high-frequency welded into a variety of full stage geometric configurations. Unususal smoke bag projections can be achieved when smoke is introduced into a welded rectangular bag, 1' deep and as wide as the stage, and images are projected onto the swirling smoke. Available by the yard, in bolts 54.6 yards (50 m), as full stage drops to your specifications, or fabricated into custom geometric shapes.
HIGH GLOSS/MATTE PLASTIC FILM A nonflammable film available in 56 vibrant colors. The material is 51" (130 cm) wide, .006" (.15 mm) thick. Roll length is one half the bolt length as the material is rolled glossy side to glossy side to eliminate the impress of the matte texture on the glossy surface. Used extensively as a window display material and as decoration on television studio stage sets. Black and white are in stock in 65.5 yard (60 m) and 32.8 (30 m) bolts. All other colors are available in full bolt quantites only.
HIGH GLOSS/MATTE PLASTIC SHEETING Sheeting is a nonflammable, heavy weight vinyl film stocked in black and white. Material is 51" (130 cm) wide and available in 65.5 yard (60 m) bolt lengths. The material is rolled glossy side to glossy side to protect the glossy surface. Used to create checkerboard floors with large black and white squares or striking black and white geometric patterns. Material can be welded to produce full stage full stage, portable floor cloths or opaque, black, mirror backdrops to your specifications.
