WOVEN WIRE
Woven Wire is a heavy weight jute string surrounding a fine wire core that is interwoven to produce a stiff, formable fabric. By simply folding Woven Wire into the desired shape this unusual material can be formed into three-dimensional shapes for creating frozen flowing draperies, sculpted effects or rock-like protuberances. Think of Woven Wire as muslin dipped into plaster of paris without the need for chicken wire and the attendant mess. Available 78" wide (200 cm) by the yard or in bolt lengths of 27.3 yards (25 m).

SAMOS
Samos is made of flax fiber to create a strong, plain weave linen canvas. It is extremely durable and has a rather lustrous sheen. For many years linen canvas was used as a scenic covering because it was such an excellent painting surface and, if powdered paint pigments were used, could be washed over and over again. Today linen canvas is used as a floor cloth, as a dance surface, or, where long life and strength are necessary, as a covering for stage platforms. Available in natural or black, 78" wide (200 cm) by the yard or in bolt lengths of 65.5 yards (60 m)..

SAMOS PLUS
By combining pure linen with a backing of latex rubber, Samos becomes Samos Plus to create an extraordinary nonskid painting surface suitable for stage floor cloths. Available in natural or black, 78" wide (200 cm) by the yard or in bolt lengths of 32.8 yards (30 m).

HABUTAI Habutai is 100% pure China silk, 35" wide (90 cm) available flameretardant or nonflameretardant in white or a variety of colors. It weighs 3/5ths of an ounce per square yard and is available by the yard or in bolt lengths of 49.2 yards (45 m). Colors are only available in bolt quantities. When sewn together into a large drop and then placed on the stage floor, an elaborate effect of moving water can be created. The four corners are held and the large piece of silk is lifted slightly off the floor so that air is trapped underneath. As the silk is raised and lowered, the air moves in ripple-like waves to create a very convincing illusion of water.
